i create 3d art for video games and other media, i use zbrush, 3ds max, Maya, Substance painter, and Photoshop primarily.
About my methods.
i create high poly models in zbrush and either retopologize them there or in 3ds max. i UVW unwrap in 3ds max or zbrush, and i texture things using substance painter. When rigging and animating i prefer to use Maya, but I am also knowlageable in using 3ds max to both rig and animate.
